ADS conducted a customer survey asking two questions:
1. What are the key advantages of the ADS Agency in your opinion? Please answer in free form
2. What is the probability that you will recommend the ADS Agency to your friends/acquaintances, colleagues? On a 10-point scale, where 0 corresponds to the answer "In no case will I recommend", and 10 - "I will definitely recommend."
